MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA
La chica que estaba en recepción hizo todo lo posible para darnos una solución al problema con el que nos encontramos. En general, tanto la chica de recepción, como el hotel, se portaron muy bien con nosotros. En ese aspecto, muchas gracias.
Resumiendo, nos encontramos con un hotel que no es el de las fotos. Había muchísimas suciedad en la habitación; suelo sin barrer (esquinas), debajo de la cama, telas de araña por todas las esquinas, muchas hormigas por el suelo, pelos en el baño… Comunicamos esto y la primera solución fue echar insecticida. Después, nos cambiaron de habitación a otra que tenía un olor bastante malo (de hecho había ambientador cuando en la otra habitación no había). Seguíamos teniendo el mismo problema; suciedad, insectos, suelo sin barrer, la terraza y los muebles de esta, estaban muy deteriorados. Al no tener más habitaciones en el hotel nos realojaron en otro del mismo pueblo. En general fue una experiencia bastante mala, ya que esperábamos encontrar una cosa buena y nos encontramos con algo bastante malo. Ademas, perdimos toda la tarde allí haciendo las gestiones y luego se nos quedó muy mal cuerpo con lo que paso. Nunca antes habíamos tenido que recurrir a esto.
